A Gold Dragon Robe
Kenshin stood still watching the clouds move across the night sky. The moon reminded him of the good days. The days when she would smile, laugh, and be happy for him. His thoughts could never stay on a subject that didn't involve her. Kamiya Kaoru was gone. He saw her blood spray from her slinder body when Enishi's sword struck it. His first love was lost saving him from being stabbed. His second from a man who lost his sanity with the death of that same woman that saved Kenshin.
Enishi sipped his tea looking quite pleased. He let out  heavy sigh thinking that his plan worked all too perfectly. He had lost his older sister, Tomoe, to that wretched hitokiri and he wasn't about to let him take his true love as well. He stroked her head as she slept on the clean white bed he layed her on. To most people in Japan she was quite odd looking, with pale skin, a tiny body, and large blue eyes but, he found her to be very beautiful. After about an hour she awoke. "Where am I? Why am I wearing this bath robe?" she said as she pulled the fine white blankets off of her.
"Awake already?" Enishi said holding a white box. She was horrified. The psycho path that tryed to kill Kenshin and brought her back to his home ALIVE! Then she thought for a second.
"He kidnapped me! I shouldn't worry too much. Kenshin will be here soon. I'm sure!" she thought this as she hopped out of the bed. Enishi handed her the box and left the room. When she opened it she was amazed. There in the box layed a black chinese dress with a dragon embroiderd on it with golden thred. She moved the dress out of the box to find under it a black and gold silk ribbon and black and gold silk slip on shoes. She knew from that moment he didn't just kidnap her to enrage Kenshin.
"Himura-san to the rescue!!!!" yelled Sanosuke as he tried to cheer up Kenshin with sake and gambling. " Come on Kenny ol' boy. We need to get vengance for Kaoru-chan!" Kenshin just glanced at Sano like he was a maniac.
"Even with all of this one's strength this one could never beat Enishi. Even if this one did it wouldn't bring her back. That is some thing Enishi should have relised many years ago." after saying this Kenshin stood up and walked away in silence.
In the forest Misao stared out into nothingness like a deer in head lights while Aoshi practiced his martial arts. To Misao, Kaoru was an older sister who tought her many things about being a woman. She was gone now and all Misao could was stare at the direction the murder's balloon went. Aoshi on the other hand worried over Misao more than Kaoru's death. He couldn't just let her sit there and waste away staring at nothing. In the evening Aoshi was about to leave but Misao didn't move. "We best be going or the forest creatures of the night might cause us some trouble. Come Misao." Aoshi beckond her but she didn't even flintch. "Misao! Let's be leaving now!" Aoshi said sounding a little angry.
"Why Aoshi-sama? Why is life so unfare...? Every thing in my life seems to be taken from me. If thats the way it's going to be then maybe life isn't worth living..." Misao had a plain look as she said this. A single tear rolled down Aoshi's cheek.
