| "Raiche" is a very tall, upstanding dry yearling. She is not the usual type of doe that I would call ideal in B R A V E H E A R T standards, however. She has become quite awkward as a yearling, and I found her very difficult to present in the show ring, compared to the absolue ease of her dam and granddam before her. What I am hoping for in Raiche is something yet to come, and that her strong dam line behind her will shine thru. Of course, it was such a thrilling year for her dam, CH (pend) Braveheart Sister Reba (VG89/EX) to be named the 2005 CGS West National Grand Champion!!! What I DO like about Raiche is her stature, her length of body, and smoothness of blending throughout. She also has a long neck, very tight shoulders and lovely dairyness. Her escutcheon is also very arched and open. Raiche will be bred to Blue Thunder Giancarlo for April kidding. Kids: $300, 1st doe kid reserved. |
