Below is the plica which formed after my hockey fall. Its all the "squiddie" materiel in the picture on the right. The right hand picture is as Dr. Yee is finishing cleaninng it out and smoothing out the bone again because the plica had been rubbing on it for many months. |

Below is the damage caused by a couple knee sublixations while swimming in high school. Scar tissue and some bone damage happened as a result of my knee cap not sliding up and down properly. |

And finally, the doctor "released" my knee cap so future problems from my knee cap hopefully wont occur. |
