<description><![CDATA[<span style="font-family:Comic Sans MS; ">As of yesterday my weight is down 15 pounds.  Not much is changing with my measurements but I have yet to integrate exercise into my program.  Exercise is a very important part of weightloss and a simple daily walk will make a significant improvement.  I don't want to make excuses but I just have not started yet.<br /><br />
