I am still doing the body balance and replacing 2 meals a day.  All is going well.  If I want to snack, I snack; drink, I drink; eat, I eat.  My philosophy is this, do not deprive yourself of anything.  Eat and enjoy whatever you like, in moderation.



Updated measurements

Weight=174

Waist=34 inches

Hips=45 inches

Chest 40 1/2 inches

Thigh= 23 1/2 inches
