Our story follows Satoshi (Ash Ketchum) on his quest to become the World's
Greatest Pokemon Master. With full support from his mom, Satoshi gets his
first Pokemon from Professor Okido (Prof Oak), a Pikachu.
Satoshi makes some friends along the journey including, Kasumi (Misty), and Takeshi (Brock)
who travel along with him on his journey. Dealing with his rival from his hometown of
Pallet, Shigeru (Gary), who always seems to be one step ahead of him.
Also making friends with Kenji (Tracey), later when
he heads out to the islands. And constantly has to defend against the
notorious Team Rocket, Kojirou (James), Musashi (Jesse), and Nyaasu (Meowth).
Training, and battling. Making new friends, human and pokemon alike, Satoshi
continues to journey all over to fulfill his dream of becoming a Pokemon Master!
This is a world inhabited by creatures called Pocket Monsters, Pokemon for
short. Some people keep Pokemon as pets, others train them and pit them
against other Pokemon in battles of skill.
