Name: Matsuba (J), Morty (NA)
Morty is the gym leader of the Ecruteak City Gym. His pokemon are all
ghost types, including Gastly, Haunter, and Gengar. If you defeat him you
get a Fog Badge for the Johto League. His also trains others with ghost
Pokemon. He hopes to see
the day when the legendary birds return to there home in the towers of
Ecruteak City.
