Red Ribbed Hat

I knitted this hat for my husband on circular needles, then switched to
double pointed needles for the decrease at the top. This was my first
project knitting in the round, and found that knitting with d.p. needles
is not as hard as it looks! I found this pattern on page 30 in the book
Hip to Knit: 18 Contemporary Projects for Today's Knitter
by Judith L. Swartz.

Yarn: I used Wool-Ease "Red Sprinkles 112"

Notes: The pattern is a basic ribbed hat with a folded cuff and calls
for 3 colors of yarn, although I only used red. This book has some other
interesting patterns in it, so I recommend buying it or check it out
from your local library (great places, libraries!)
