Bruise, I checked with the Western Union office here and they told me that the money was detained and that they were trying to contact me to let me know. It appears the United States government has declared Nigeria as a rogue terrorist nation state via the Homeland Security Act instituted after 9-11-2001. The money was released this morning to the same bank. They told me if the money is not picked up within 24 hours it will be returned and they will contact me to pick it up. It's all in a cheap effort to thwart off terrorism or to limit the money that goes to terrorists. Have Adenyie go back and make sure that he has proper identification. They said they would check to make sure he's not Osama bin Laden. They still can't find this guy. Email me if there's a problem.

Thus far it isn't a corrupt WU officials stealing the money because it keeps getting returned to me. This is what the manager at the WU office told me. He said monies can only be picked up at the "SPECIFIED ADDRESS" of the Western Union office. The $500.00 was again returned to me. The Western Union official told me that there is one branch that they know is secure and it's the one they highly recommend to complete a smooth transaction.
