Worship: an expression of approval and commendation
The Lord inhabits the praise of His people. Many of us wait untill we go to church in the midst of the saints and in the midst of the music to praise God. We believe that praise is something that is so reverant and Holy that it should not be taken with us but rather left in church that way we keep it away from from our day to day activities to keep it pure. Praise is to treated with respect but it is also to be used by us for the glory of the Lord and for our benefit. Think about what the bible says, the the Lord inhabits the praise of His people.  Everytime you begin to praise the Lord, you prepare a throne in the midst of your life, wherever you are, for the Lord to come and sit down. You give Him a place in your life because when you praise it is not about you, it is all about Him. It gives Him a chance to be with you in the midst of joy or in the midst of sorrow, in the midst of peace or in the midst of a battle. It allows his presance to flow through your life even more than it normally would. Think of the children of Isreal, everytime they went into battle the choir and the priest would lead, the praisers would lead. They created a seat for God to not only lead His amy but to also fight for his army. When the praise stated the Lord would throw the armies into confusion, he would utterly decimate the enemy. Now if you praise the Lord in midst of your problems, don't you understand that you are naming Him  the commander and cheif of your life and it is then that he will fight your battles.  The longer you praise Him, the longer he sits with you. The longer he sits with you, the more that he can do for you. Just because you do not see him moving does not mean that he is not working it out for you. All you will see is when things start working for you, you won't know how and sometimes you may not even know when all you will see is your enemies being defeated, confusion in the camp of the enemies. They will want touch you but God will be in the front of you, you will them and they will you but God will not allow them to touch you. But also understand that praise and obedience go hand in hand. The way that you live is a testimony to your praise. Your lifestyle is praise, if you want to praise God all the time do it through your living, through your giving, through your loving. Sing unto him new songs, speak poems unto Him. Write unto Him what you are feeling and read it to Him, parise Him the way you would praise the love of your life, tell Him of His goodness and His greatness, tell Him what you think of Him. testify to Him of His greatness. Don't never be ashamed of Him but let praise reign.  Give glory to God saints, He is worthy of the honour and deserves all the glory, give Him all the praise.
Psalm 148
PRAISE THE Lord! Praise the Lord from the heavens, praise Him in the heights!
Praise Him, all His angels, praise Him, all His hosts!
Praise Him, sun and moon, praise Him, all you stars of light!
Praise Him, you highest heavens and you waters above the heavens!
Let them praise the name of the Lord, for He commanded and they were created.
He also established them forever and ever; He made a decree which shall not pass away [He fixed their bounds which cannot be passed over].
Praise the Lord from the earth, you sea monsters and all deeps!
You lightning, hail, fog, and frost, you stormy wind fulfilling His orders!
Mountains and all hills, fruitful trees and all cedars!
Beasts and all cattle, creeping things and flying birds!
Kings of the earth and all peoples, princes and all rulers and judges of the earth!
Both young men and maidens, old men and children!
Let them praise and exalt the name of the Lord, for His name alone is exalted and supreme! His glory and majesty are above earth and heaven!
He has lifted up a horn for His people [giving them power, prosperity, dignity, and preeminence], a song of praise for all His godly ones, for the people of Israel, who are near to Him. Praise the Lord! (Hallelujah!)(
