There is a great responsibility placed on the shoulders of the First Girl of any Gorean Realm. It is not one that most would ever wish to take on, and those who do, do not take the position lightly. The average First Girl will always strive to it make it obvious to O/others that she has earned the postion in the Homestone where she serves. She will perfect her serving technique and be poised and gracious in public at all times. Although most First Girls are very strong in spirit, they also are representative of the most feminine of all kajira.

The following is a small list of the duties of The First Girl of AR. There are many other responsibilities that coincide with the details listed below. There are too many to actually list all of them, but this gives an idea to T/those W/who are unaware of all that she does.. or tries to do.

1. Makes a list of all the chores, duties and tasks that are required to be done on a daily, weekly basis.
2. Assigns chores, duties and tasks to all kajira serving in the City, including herself.
3. Insures that all kajriae complete their chores, duties, and tasks in a timely manner.

1. Schedules discussions for the training of kajirae. 2. Researches information, to any questions that may be asked not on the cities slave pages.
3. Schedules testing times for each individual kajira/kajirus and her/his Master/Mistress or the Ubar, and is present for every test, observing, grading, and suggesting what each girl can do to correct, or improve her serve.
4. Answers questions from kajirae and Free People pertaining to the training of the kajira.
5. Reports any problems concerning individual kajirae and their training to the Ubar and/or Owner of the kajira.
6. Makes sure all training by the trainers is accurate and done according to the pages

1. Writes html for, and posts Invitations, Announcements etc. pertaining to Events held at the City.
2. Travels to other realms when necessary to deliver invitations to Events held at the Inn.
3. Greets A/all Patrons and visiting kajirae to special Events hosted at the City.
4. Assigns kajirae to special tasks for Events, such as songs, dances, serving Patrons as They enter, etc.
5. Responsible for organizing the cleaning of the City after every Event.

1. Orders all equipment, supplies, and food for the City, accepts delivery, and leaves invoices for the Ubar.
2. Handles all corrospondence for The Ubar to Visitors, Council Members, and kajirae.
3. Answers questions, describes the City, and offers history to visiting Patrons and kajirae.

4. General Responsibilities Concerning the kajirae Serving in the City

5. Acts as liason between the Ubar and the kajirae.
6. Mediates conflicts between kajirae.
7. Councils kajirae when requested or needed.
8. Responsible for the behavior and attitude of all kajirae while in public areas of the City.

1. The First Girl is given the Authority to question any kajira about any event or act that pertains to the City and is required to present whatever information, or knowledge she gains to the Ubar.
2. The First Girl is given the Authority to Verbally Correct kajirae for inapproprate behavior, or actions when there is no Free Person available to do so.
3. The First Girl is given the Authority to assign additional chores and/or minor/temporary discipline for infractions, such as placing kajirae in a cage until she/he can be dealt with by the Ubar or their Owner.
4. The First Girl does have authority to deliver physical discipline such as switching,chaining etc.

So.... The next time a Free Person does not wish His/Her kajirae to answer to the First Girl, or a kajirae serving in the City refuses to accept the role of the First Girl, or her authority, be prepared to answer to the Ubar, there are other realms where you can serve as kajira, and you can believe this... there are few First Girls who are given more responsibility and less authority to discipline than this one. And if you are offended by her glare or words of correction, then you best go back to being a submissive.
