BAZI TEA: A herbal tea made from bazi tea leaves, steeping in hot water, it is served very hot and sugared...Served the following way - get a tray place 3 tea cups and a matching tea pot onto the tray, place also a bowl of white sugar and a bowl of yellow sugar, three spoons and the tea leafs on the tray, fill the tea pot with hot water hanging over the fire. Place the tray on the floor before you when you reach Master/Mistresss's feet, place a tea leaf in the first cup and the water and a yellow sugar rock, mix and the remove the leaf with the spoon, set spoon back onto tray. and offer the tea, when cup empty replace it back onto the tray, using the secod cup repeat only using the white sugar rock and in the third cup use one yellow and one white. Each cup signifies a stage in a slave life. The 1st stage signifies the bitter fruits of life, 2nd cup signifies contentment of life and the 3rd signifies enlightenment that comes with the experience of life.
