Few people know the secrets of the scroll bar:

One must keep in mind that the scoll bar should have a color that relates to the main body of the document/page.

Face color is the color of the main body.

highlight color is the color of the middle border. It should be the lightest out of all the borders. Only slightly though.

The 3dlight color is the color of the most outside boarder but only on the actual scroller does it appear.

The darkshadow color is the color of the boarder on the right hand side. It should be the darkest color but the same one as the main body.

The shadow color is the color of the main inside boarder on the left hand side. It depends what color it should be set to.

The arrow color is the color of the arrow. It should contrast but match the color of the body, but also take up some characteristic of an area in the webpage, like a part of the links or butons for example

The track color is the color of the track, or where the actual scroll rides on. I recommend you keep the track color light, or just a tint shaded.
