HOW TO ROCKWALK


The 36O rockwalk is an extension of the 18O degree front piviot which it is best for you have learnt fully before trying this.It is highly pointless at comps but to show off it is great.It is good practice though for the 18O rear piviot.

Step1:Pull a standard 18O degree front pivot just as you would normally.Once you have completed a full 18O and you feel the rear wheel touch down on the ground you to use the momentum from the first 18O to pull a further 18O on the rear wheel this time which is done in one smooth movement.Stand up on the bike for extra leverage which makes it easier to pull of the last 18O and at the same time use your hips, body weight and arms on the bars to swing around on your rear wheel. The higher you have the front wheel the easier. The main way to get further and further around on your last 18O on the rear is to use the momentum from the 1 18O to its greatest so really put effort into
