Let's face it, money is one of those subjects that many often wonder about, but never are inclined to ask about... until it's usually too late. Why? Well, your Mom and Dad usually never spoke about it, school never taught it, and work dosen't even let you see what your coworkers are making. With all that secrecy, no wonder people have no clue. I have compiled a list of some consumer advocates to check out so you can learn more about a range of subjects.

Clark Howard has been broadcasting out of atlanta on AM 750 radio for a number of years and his syndicated show is heard from coast to coast. After retiring from his successful chain of travel agencies in 1987, Clark was asked to give advice about inexpensive travel on an Atlanta radio program. His guest appearances were so popular that he was hired to do a full time show. He has a wealth of information on virtually anything related to money.

Mike Kavanagh is a member of the Financial Planning Association and is registered with the SEC to dispense financial advice on a fee-only basis. He is the winner of numerous journalism awards in his long career, including the prestigious Edward R. Murrow award for Investigative Reporting.
