| Killarney Bay lies to the east of Killarney Channel and in this particular image, we see the rocks at the entrance to covered portage. This spot is a Mecca for boaters from all over the world. Covered portage is like a mini fijord with a wall of white quartz rock rising high out of the small round bay. On any given day of the summer, you will find a floatilla of lake craft anchored here and the inhabitants enjoying a small piece of Heaven on earth. |
