Adam Kirkman, of Dismissed For 210 fame, had the following announcement to
make on the band's future; "It is my sad duty to announce that Dismissed For
210 will be taking a year's sabbatical, starting immediately. This is
because we're already on 209 and fear dismissal. It may also be to do
withthe bass player sleeping with the lead singer's wife's sister, but
that's not for me to disclose. Sessioning with Kuhl Goyim Chien has shown me
a new way to enjoy music by showing me new music, but Chump and Womba didn't
want to delve into their subconscious and experiment with classical
avante-garde music, so Dismissed For 210 have taken a sabbatical. In the
meantime, I have signed to Sycophantic Records, a sub-division of the
monolothic #3.02 Records, as a part-time sycapoent, so Dismissed For 210
will have plenty of new material to scratch records to when we reform on
August 14th, 2001. I'd like to thank all at #3.02 for allowing me this great
opportunity."
