This is the start page that will direct you to the framed page.  Links will take take the user to a framed page, wherein the page loaded in the "main" frame can be changed.  This also supports anchors/bookmarks within any of the target pages!
I need these links to work from ANYWHERE.  For example, from:
1)  this non-framed page,
2)  an email hyperlink,
3)  from the "left" frame (within the framed page),
4)  from links within any of the potential "main" frame targets, and
5)  from directly typing in a complete link into the Address Bar.
