She was just about to step out of her clothes and get in the shower when there was a knock at the door; Bill must have forgot something she thought as she walked back to door. Her smile faded when she saw Nick standing in front of her.
�Hi.� She ran her hands down her sides,
�Hi, what are you doing here?� He smirked at her and stretched his hands out,
�We�re friends aren�t we?� Friends? They were ex-lovers, why is he making this hard?
�Can I come in?� She shook her head at him disapprovingly and finally stepped to the side and waved him in with her hand. She stood for a moment after closing the door wondering what he was doing there. He was looking around as she turned back and walked towards him.
�So, last time I was here I just saw the TV, do I get a tour?� She smiled sourly, shook her head and stretched her arms out,
�There, you got your tour.� He laughed,
�I see you�re still a smartass.� She looked at him with no emotion; it wasn�t an attempt to be rude; she just didn�t know what to say.
�So?� She looked at him quizzically,
�So what?� He laughed,
�Do I get the tour?� She turned and faced the kitchen,
�That�s the kitchen and behind the doors in the kitchen is the washer and dryer.� She walked over to the sliding glass door,
�That�s the balcony and you can see the lake.� He nodded as he looked outside,
�Nice view.� She walked over to the bathroom,
�This is the bathroom, which has the shower I was about to get in before you knocked on the door.� She looked at him as she said it and all she got was his cheesy grin. She couldn�t help but smile as she shook her head and walked back into the living room,
�That�s it.� He frowned,
�So, you sleep on the couch?� She shook her head,
�No.� He smiled and nodded towards her bedroom,
�You forgot to show me the bedroom.�
�Oh yeah, how could I forget that.� She stood at the door but he walked past her and sat on the bed,
�I remember this bed. We had a lot of fun on this bed, remember?� Remember? How could she forget? Besides a lot of fun, they made love for the first time at her place in this bed. She snapped out of her trance just in time to see him stand before her,
�You know, I miss the fun we had.� She turned her head away just as he licked his lips, she regretted ever telling him that turned her on. He grabbed her hand as she began to talk,
�I need to take shower and go to bed. I have an early day tomorrow.�
�Tomorrow is Saturday.� She shook her head and she continued to avoid eye contact,
�I have plans to go out of town for the day.� He sighed,
�With the old man?� She shook her hand and pulled her hand out of his grip and walked out of the bedroom. He followed her out and she stood at the door waiting for him to leave. He pulled her into a kiss once again and her body betrayed her as she moaned into his mouth. She closed the door and ran her hands through her hair,
�I want him so bad, damn.�
