RESOLUTION ON DIVORCE REFORM

WHEREAS, no-fault divorce has destroyed families and resulted in untold numbers of women and children being forced into poverty; now therefore

BE IT RESOLVED that the Texas divorce laws must be reformed.

The foregoing resolution was properly submitted in triplicate and was adopted by the Republican voters in the above-referenced precinct in convention on Tuesday, March 4, 2008.
