| Nahunta Swim Club Pool Party Rules |

| Before booking a pool party there are several rules you need to be aware of. All pool parties must be approved by a Nahunta Swim Club Officer or board member before booking, we need to know how many people are going to be at the party and what your party is for. All fees and charges will be paid in advance of the pool party starting, $25 for shareholders/members, $75 for season passholders. All parties must be paid at eh the time of scheduling to Phil Wilson, 200 Edgebrook Dr, Pikeville NC, 27863 ~919-242-6231. If the party is canceled within 48 hours of the scheduled time the cost is non-refundable. If you book a pool party, you must be present at the party at all times, you can not book a pool party for someone else and not be present at the party. Only a Nahunta Swim Club certified life guard will supervise your pool party. All pool rules must be followed during the party, you must listen to and follow all guidance of the life guard on duty. Absolutely no alchohol is allowed on Nahunta Swim Club property, that includes the parking lot. Music will be kept at a moderate level or lower. You will be responsible for clean up of all trash after the pool party and return pool property to its designated locations. Pool parties should be a civil event and not become wild and out of control for the life guard on duty. Fun and safety is the best way to go. Pool parties are a privilege extended to you from the Nahunta Swim Club, these privileges can be revoked if the rules are not followed. | ||||||||||
