| Saturday 28th and Sunday 29th of July 2001 heralded the UK's bigget Japanese car show. Following a controversial end to the previous year's show and now under new organisers input, The newly titled 'The Original Japanese Auto Extravganza' was set to be the best yet. As before, the JAE 2001 was held at the favoured and now traditional site of Billing Aquadrome in Northampton, UK. Billing offers a superb site for such an event with on-site bars, restaraunts, jet bikes and perfect camping conditions. The weather was set to be the hottest weekend of the year and with nearly 40 clubs, numerous trade stands, DJs and Fireworks on the bill, JAE 2001 was due to draw in big crowds We were not let down.
