Sing the Sorrow
If you do not own this CD please go buy a few before reading on.
Ok.
I can do this.
I will complete this rant without totally going insane with spamodic ramblings and fits of lust toward AFI.

Sing the Sorrow is the best CD I have ever heard.  It has absolute perfection in every area possible.  I just bought the CD today and I have only NOT listened to it for 7.5 minutes since I bought it.  That was the 7.5 minutes it took to carry the CD from the check-out line into my car and put it in my CD player. It was the worst 7.5 minutes of my life. I considered suicide more than once.
I had to restrain myself from completely going ballistic at the CD store and withdraw from buying every single AFI CD there, becuase, well, I didn't have that much money and I might end up asking some person off the street for a loan with an insane rate of intrest so that I have to work the rest of my life and maybe not get to listen to AFI while working.  If anyone gives me an AFI CD that I don't own I will marry you.  Unless, of course, you have a bad hairstyle or you smell like cheeseburgers.
My favorite tracks on this CD are 1-12. There are 12 tracks on this CD.  When I first saw the CD in the store it took me around 9 minutes to pick it up becuase I thought I might be cursed for touching such a holy object.  Also, the fact that this CD store actually had Sing the Sorrow stunned me greatly.  I mean, yeah, its platinum, but junky stores like the one I went to rarely have such wonderful CDs. Ok. So maybe the store wasn't that junky, I mean, I checked all stores in a 60 mile radius of my house and none had it but this one.  Go buy this CD. Come on. I drove 120 miles to get it and I have no regrets. In fact, I have no regrets about anything to do with AFI.
Another extremely wonderful thing about this CD is that there is a squirrel on the CD booklet thing.  Tell you what!  Is this perfect for me or what?
I am currently waiting for CBM to get online to rant to her about the wonders of Sing the Sorrow and how she needs to buy it sooooo much.  I have never liked a song/band/squirrel/person (I don't like people. Why am I writing it here?) as much as I like this AFI CD.  I would gladly trade in CBM's life for my CD, or even my CD's case.
Sing the Sorrow can not be measured by words.  It is absolutely wonderful.  If you like AFI then you must buy this CD. If you hate AFI then you must buy this CD. If you have never heard of AFI then you must buy this CD. If you may have heard of AFI once or twice but are not sure if you like their music or if you even have actually heard of them, buy this CD.
Just now I actually unplugged my sound system with my foot while lounging at my computer desk.   I was so stunned and depressed without AFI that I dove under the desk with my last energy possible.  I was successful in plugging it in, but I had dashed my head on my desk so grieviously that I got a concusion. I woke up about 30 seconds later in complete agony, but as soon as the AFI music reached my ears I was instantly healed.
AFI is so wonderful that it should be used as remedial medicine and as a drug.  Cheez-its may get you high,  but not as high as AFI.  When anyone says a word from any of the song's lyrics I immediatly start quoting them causing the person that was talking to me to hate me eternally.
But enough of my meaningless ranting.
Go
Buy

The
Sorrow.
Or may the Goonies curse you!
