I'm so sick of seeing those stupid ads on sites. If its to lose weight, they have one person (fat) and then a totally different person wearing a similar bathing suit (skinny). Its so obiously a different person that its not funny.
Here is one example below.

Look at the top one. The perosn is obiously partly smiling in the first one then not in the second one. I also like the part that says, "Hydroderm is the only product clinically proven to deliver collagen directly to the skin, WITHOUT PAINFUL INJECTIONS"
HAHAHA!
Yeah, right, sure.
OK, now look real close at where the wrinkle should be on the bottom picture. YOU CAN SEE IT!
Stupid people. If you're gonna fake an ad you have to at least air-brush the wrinkle out!
Stupid people shouldn't make ads.
