THE GOONIES
-The goonies apeared in Yoshi Story 64. They apear in only one or two levels in all 24 levels. They are a small part of a small part of one level. How, do you ask, did we make a whole website about these creatures when barley anything is known about them?
Wellllll....
In about 2nd grade CBM and SS were playing Yoshi Story 64 and came across this level. As soon as they saw the strange winged creatures and their cries of "ah-oo" they loved the goonies. They laughed about the goonies for a while but they soon faded.
One day in about 7th grade CBM (having much better memory than SS) said, " Do you remember the goonies?" SS replied,,"goonies..... goonies...... yes, i do, but i dont..." CBM continued on to explain and the goonies suddenly returned to SS. After about 5 years, the goonies were talked about, loved and put into stories more than ever. CBM and SS made jokes, picures ect.
Now, however, they are in 8th grade and the goonie phonomonoen is raging more than ever. Goonie figurines, websites ( : D) and nicknames came into being.
-The goonies were pretty much formed in our imagination. While we saw them in Yoshi Story 64, all other facts besides their name, appearance and wail were created by SS and CBM.
-SS and CBM have many goonie pets including: Quan, Hongcachoona, Edna, Ivan and Gramper. |
