Won first Place slides August 2004 The catagory was, "The Blues" The judge like the fact that I had interpreted the catagory in a less obvious way. i.e. not having the color blue in the picture. : The theme for the months contest, November 2004, was The Blues. Everyone else (including me) entered slides with the color blue in them. As you see, this is taken from a black and white slide. The judge was impressed that I interpreted blue in an emotional, rather than a literal, or graphical way.
