. I have read two books : "Is evolution scientific fact?" and "Is the Creation scientific fact?" These two books contradict evolutionary theory and substantiate creationism. It influenced my world view, and the goal of my life.
. My world view changed from materialism to theism. Before reading these books, I viewed the world as a place of struggle for existence and pleasure, a euphemism for which is happiness. As these books strengthened my Christian belief, I began to view the world differently. According to the world view of the theory of evolution, an act that is morally good is defined as an act that removes other people's pain or give other people pleasure because the theory doesn't admit existence of God that can determine our values. By contrast, according to the world view of creationism, an act that is morally good is defined as an act God wants us to do as the belief recognizes existence of God that is the only being to determine good and evil.
. These books changed the goal of my life, too. Before I read these books, my only goal was making a lot of money and enjoying pleasure. However, admitting that there are Heaven and Hell, my goal changed entirely. I changed my goal from enjoying pleasure and avoid pain to making people to go to Heaven instead of Hell because people who will go to Hell is extremely pitiful. If one will go to Hell after his/her life and suffer extreme pain forever, what is the benefit of pleasure he/she enjoy in limited time? That is literally nothing.
. To conclude, two books "Is evolution scientific fact?" and "Is the Creation scientific fact? changed my world view and the goal of my life dramatically. Hadn't I read these books, I would be a money-oriented boy who believes in materialism. I was very lucky to read these books.
