Skyline: A blimp flies over the skyline.

Plot: The new station owner has arrived at KACL and Kenny in particular is nervous. Frasier and Roz seem calm, and when the new owner, twentysomething Todd Peterson, arrives, he is impressed with Frasier. Todd agrees to go round Frasier's place that evening to discuss the show.

When Todd arrives, he is impressed with the place. He then tells Frasier that he wants to become more cultured, and Frasier is quite happy to teach him. Todd wants to buy the apartment, and Frasier tells him that the one downstairs is available. Todd buys it and invites Frasier, Roz and Kenny to his housewarming party, where Frasier finds Todd has copied his apartment almost exactly.

Frasier doesn't know what to do, so Niles suggests talking to Todd. He does, and Todd is upset. Frasier quickly gets out of it by saying that he was going to rearrange his apartment instead.

Frasier tries various new looks, but none of them seem to work. He then hears that Todd has a photography crew in his apartment - they are taking pictures of the apartment to put in Architectural Digest.....

Meanwhile Mel has decided that the charade between her and Niles has to be advanced, and so she persuades Niles to start acting like a jerk in front of her friends so she can divorce him.

Subtitles: It's About A Czechoslovakian Bagpiper; Boxers Or Briefs? It's Driving Him Crazy.

Trivia: Another mention of Chez Henri's - the restaurant where Frasier and Niles wanted to spend the millennium (Ep 154 "RDWRER".). It had burnt down and is now re-opening - and Frasier hasn't got a table.
