Skyline: Lightning storm.

Plot: Daphne and Joe have broken up, and she's very upset. Niles decides tonight's the night he's going to tell her his feelings for her, but Frasier convinces him to wait one more day. Unfortunately this allows Roz to take Daphne to a singles bar, where she meets a man named Rodney.

Niles is distraught, and blames Frasier, but calls Roz and asks her to take him down the singles bar. Here, he meets Adelle. They start dating and Niles seems happy.

However this doesn't last when he introduces Adelle to his family - and meets Rodney. He's almost identical to Niles, both in looks and personality!!! And he loves to sniff Daphne's hair!!! And Daphne really loves him very much.

However he doesn't love her as much as he loves Adelle, and they run off together. Niles and Daphne are once again alone, and Niles decides to tell her. But Daphne says she's not ready to date for a while now, so he doesn't tell her. She will, after all, be available for a long while yet.

Subtitles: Where Everybody Knows Her Name; Staremaster.

Trivia: Mentions of Joe DeCarlo and Duke. Roz mentions the singles bar is nicknamed "The Sure Thing", and Frasier comments on how they named it after her. Frasier and Niles are spying through the telescope on a neighbour's.....armchair.
