Cut Scenes |
|
- When Frasier is confronting Catherine, a cut scene saw a technician named Stan walking in on them, and promptly leaving.
- When Frasier tells Catherine he's divorced, he mentioned that the divorce almost destroyed him.
- Cut from the final scene was the bit where Frasier actually asks Catherine out. When she said yes, he hits the candy machine in delight and Milk Duds fall out.
- The scene where Frasier and Catherine examine Frasier's fingers also included a scene where he examined her fingers as well.
- After Marco tells Frasier he didn't get a good look at Catherine's boyfriend, Frasier says "Thank God" and has to quickly cover it up.
- The end of the Frasier/Niles car scene was completely different. In the script Niles simply said that Frasier wasn't acting like Frasier, whereas in the show they had an argument about Niles' nosebleeds, Frasier's queasiness when he breaks his ethics and an event from the past when they stole $1 from Hester's purse.

Major Dialogue Changes |
|
- Frasier asks his audience to turn off their "stupid radios" - in the show he says "damn radios".
- Roz says "I think we may have entered the Marco decade" but on the show she says "I've seen the future, and it's name is Marco." Later she says "Gee and to think I was this close to calling in sick today" but on the show "Gee, I just love it when you include me in your show."
- After Frasier wakes up, he asks Daphne is they can wait for a while before taking the picture because he's still "kind of puffy".
- The line "No, look, the days are past when you can just sit me on top of some stupid old Packard, make me wear matching sweaters with my little brother." wasn't in the original script - instead we had more of Frasier and Martin arguing with simple "yes" and "no".
- When Frasier tells Catherine what really happened with Marco, she responds with "Oh bull."
- After Niles hears how Frasier and Catherine met, he inhales sharply. Frasier says he hoped that sound meant he burned his tongue.
- In the script Frasier said "Damn it Niles, I'm not rationalising. There's no problem here" instead of "Oh Niles, I am not rationalising! There is nothing wrong here"
- A scene not in the script has Roz disconnecting Todd on line 3 so Frasier has to talk to Marco on line 2.
- Cut from the show was Marco saying "It makes me want to pound him."
- Frasier tells Marco to simply "think about moving to a new city" whereas in the show he said "Ahh, move to a new city. A new State. Find out why everybody's talking about Pittsburgh"
- A subtitle change - instead of "How Am I Driving?", in the script we had "Stop In The Name Of Love."
- After Frasier tells Catherine not to take it personally, she says "Gee, why would I do that?"
- Catherine's "illegal in 48 states!" line wasn't in the script.
