St. Paul Science Museum of Minnesota

I remember going to the old site of the Science Museum of Minnesota that was located more closer to the state capitol of downtown St. Paul. I would go there on school field trips. I finally had the opportunity to see the "new site" last week (December 26th of 2006).

I took a couple from Bulgaria while I was in the cities for a week vacation. Below are some of the photos we took...

5th Floor

-Mississippi River Gallery

4th Floor

-Human Body Gallery

-Collections Gallery-Egyptian Mummy

3rd Floor

-Dinosaurs and Fossils Gallery

-Science on a Sphere

Heading out of the Museum ...after spending over 2 1/2 hours (10a-12:45p)! There was so..much to see, but we had some other plans the day after Christmas.

Visit from Cousin Marivic (from the Philippines) on Saturday, July 21st of 2007

Marivic with my Mom in front of the museum after going inside for awhile. We had a strawberry smoothy (w/whip cream on top and strawberry icing)-yummy!

Parking Tip...

If you plan to stay less then 6 1/2 hours, I reccomend finding a close parking meter (25 centers for every 8-9 minutes). If you plan to spend more time than 6 1/2 hours, it'll be worth paying the $10 at the nearby museuem parking lot.
