       I ask the City Council of Mexico, Mo. to keep taxes low, sighting pending

higher water and gas cost, and the fact that the city will recieve extra income by

way of higher gross receipts taxes from these companies.

City Council of Mexico, Mo:

      I ask this council to revue and to amend the present policy of the city of

Mexico, and to allow access to all public documents.

      I believe Open Government is Better Government. The Citizens of this city

need to have access, and to know the workings of their city government.

      I ask for your consideration and support, to open all public documents to the

public.
