Out of the Mental Trap and onto the Streets of LA.
If you have read: Mental Trap, News Update V.3 you understand:
What was I ever afraid of?
A: Not getting paid.
What are you still afraid of?
A: Not getting paid enough to live on working only
in the industry..
Are you really afraid of that happening?
A: Not really. I will continue to meet great people and I will get paid.

The point is that coming of age hasn't been any different or harder than my life already was. I'm enjoying everyday and choosing which projects to apply for and work on.
But first, a little back story.
I started driving from Colorado on Monday January 31rst with hotel reservations at the Statosphere in Vegas for Tuesday and Wednesday night. During the trip to Vegas, I swam in Glenwood Springs hot spings pool, and had a flat tire. In Vegas, I saw a show, saw Star Trek: The Experience, and rode all of the rides on the top of the Statosphere.
In true Megan tradition, I arrived in LA Thursday night and started work at 6am Friday morning. Arriving in the city less than 12 hours before I start working and not knowing where I am going to sleep when I do arrive, is tradition.
I met Lavanah on Craigslist.org and she offered me her floor if I couldn't find anything better. After a short search, I signed a six month contract with Lavanah (for a bed.).
I'm working on a USC short called "Force Quit" as the 1rst AC and a Grip/Electric.
