Film 1:  “Killer Diller” Aka: “Bottleneck”  Shot May – June 2003

 

I worked in the office for a week of preproduction. Then I worked on set as a Video Assistant for a week, and a Sound Utility for the remainder of the film. In the credits I am listed as the Sound Intern.

 

"Bottleneck" had a name change to that of the novel it is based on Killer Diller by Clyde Edgerton. They are currently seeking distribution.

Film 2: “Larva”  Shot November - December 2003

 

I worked as a two day fill-in Sound Utility. I walked onto the set for a tour, and the next thing you know, I was hired.  

 

“Larva” is a made for TV movie for Sci-Fi Channel. SciFi Channel

Film 3: “Lazy Left Leg”,  a short, Shot January 31rst, 2004

 

I worked as a Script Supervisor, and ran the external digital recording device, a computer with Digital Toaster 3.

It was entered in Project Green Light, but it didn’t do very well.

 

Film 4: "The Unliving", student feature-length, on set March 21rst, 2004

Extra on the set. As soon as I know more about it, I will put it up here.

 

Film 5: “Queen Down”, a short, Shot March 27th, 28th and April 3rd, 4th

 

I worked as a Script Supervisor, a Grip, and an Electrician. I enjoyed getting a chance to learn the Arri Geared Head movements.

 

It is premiering in St. Louis on May 27th.

Future Projects:

 

Columbia, Missouri Public Access Television. The City Council formed the Cable Television Task Force to work out the new franchise agreement with Media Com (cable provider), and work on the public access issue.

 

Though it is not official yet, I have been asked to be on the newly forming board of directors.

 I (more than likely) will work May 14-16th on something called the 48 Hour Film Project

 in St. Louis. It is production of a film from concept to final viewable project in 48 hours.
