Who are we ?
Jagmohan,
Chief Executive, Good - Earth Systems, a first class Mechanical Engineering graduate from Vikram University, Ujjain, and Member of the Institution of Engineers (India), has over 44 years of professional experince. He has assisted several companies in the manufacturing and service sectors in the training and implementation of ISO 9000 and ISO 14000 systems.
He served as Principal Consultant (Quality & Environment) at the Consultancy Development Centre, under the Ministry of Science & Technology from the year 1992 till the year 2000 and is continuing to support their projects from outside even after the formation of Good-Earth Systems in 1996.
He is visiting faculty for TQM to MS(Consultancy Management) Course conducted by BITS, Pilani/CDC, N.Delhi; Graduate Studies & PGDBM Courses of EMPI-Business School, New Delhi and Management Development Institute, Gurgaon. He is co-author of text book on Total Quality Management for MBA programme of IGNOU, New Delhi.
S.K.Mohindera,
Chief Consultant with Good-Earth Systems, he is a first class mechanical engineering graduate from Delhi University, and a fellow of the Institute of Plant Engineers, India. Trained in USSR and Hungary for design, erection, operation and maintenance of large integrated Steel and Aluminum Plants, he has more than 45 years of professional experience of working in large Steel, Aluminum and Cement Plants in the field of Quality Management.
He served as Principal Consultant to the Consultancy Development Centre, under the Ministry of Science & Technology for eight years. He is a certified Lead Assessor for ISO 9000 Quality Management Systems.
Simmy Sharma
Consultant with Good-Earth Systems, she is M.Tech (Mechanical Engg.), Kharkov State University, C.I.S.(1994) and M.S. (Consultancy Management), BITS, Pilani (1999). She is a certified Lead Assessor for ISO 9000 Quality Management Systems.

ISO 14000

Your journey to ISO-9001:2000
We shall provide you the following services as part of the consolidated package to achieve ISO-9001:2000 certification for your organisation:
1. Training of personnel.
ISO-9001:2000 Awareness-cum-implementation training programmes shall be conducted by us to cover all personnel performing work affecting product / project quality.
2. Assessment of your existing system and Gap Analysis
We shall interact with all Divisional / Sectional Heads to identify the processes and their interaction throughout the organisation. All critical processes shall be identified and the scope of documented quality system shall be determined. The existing formats shall be taken into the fold of the system to be developed.
3. Design and development of documented Quality Management System meeting the requirements of international standard ISO-9001:2000
ISO 9001:2000 has significantly reduced the documentation requirements and is much less prescriptive than the 1994 version of the standard. An efficient and crisp documented system shall be developed to meet the requirement of the international standard. The documented system would include the following:
a) Documented Quality Policy & Quality Objectives
b) Quality Manual
c) Quality System Procedures
d) Work Instructions
e) Quality Plan for each project
4. Assistance for System implementation.
Guidance shall be provided for identification of user locations, controlled distribution of documents and effective implementation of the system as per requirement of the standard.
5. Training of your Internal Quality Auditors.
The international standard requires at least 14 hours of training spread over two days followed with evaluation test. Those who qualify shall be approved as internal auditors.
6. System Evaluation through Internal Audits
After the system has run for four to six weeks, the first internal quality audit shall be conducted for all sections at Head Office by trained and approved internal auditors under our guidance. Non-conformities identified during the audit shall be followed with corrective actions to put the system on the path of continual improvement.
7. Guidance on Management Reviews.
We shall provide guidance for carrying out Management Reviews which shall be conducted periodically to assess the health of the system and to take corrective actions for improvement of processes, projects and provision of resources required.
8. Mock Audit by Good-Earth Systems to assess your readiness to go for certification audit.
Good-Earth Systems shall conduct independent audit on the pattern of certification audit to ensure that the requirements of the standard are fully met and the system is implemented effectively. This audit would prepare your personnel to face the certification audit effectively and with confidence.
9. Assistance during Certification Audit by Accredited Certification Body
We shall be available to you during the certification audit to provide any assistance in satisfying the certification body's auditors.
