No only do I now have a permit-- but the scanner is back up and runnin'! Actually, I have up to comic 23 scanned and done, but since you guys waited so long and in patience (Yeah, riht. Like anyone actually reads this crap), I'll put up 4 comics. :3
Kiefer's back. Then again, he can't stay gone for long, can he? So anywya, Frank's put in this comic. These are old, mind you, and Frank isn't in any of the newer ones. (Haha!) Except I may stick him in for comical stress relief. >3 Mwahaha.. Truthfully, Kiefer isn't that bad a guy. Annoying as hell, but not a bad guy. :3
