Ah yes, welcome back to the Reality Check CREWites with the one and only true ICON of wrestling...........DAVIE J!!! It's been a long time since I have written a Reality Check column but don't be worried fans, I still have been causing plenty of headaches wherever I have been.
Recently I was asked to rejoin the DCW. Yes the efed I co-founded back in 2002-03, now some people will tell you it stands for Dynamite Championship Wrestling, it infact stands for Davie Created Wrestling, ha ha ha. Anyway I went back to the DCW on the condition that I would not be an active wrestler as with my film career I just don't have the time. The DCW accepted these terms and I was back running with the dude with attitude Tormentor!!
Now I will be honest, when I went back to the DCW it did smell stale!! But the results were ok....ish....then the DCW asked me to be in a match but I declined, next thing you know they book me in a match with old Bone Idol himself and Chris 24/7 Mann. Ok so I cut a few promo's, lose the match as expected as I'm not in with the in-crowd.. Then the DCW dies on it's arse because they start to recycle the same old crap. They start going on about the Bore Core and pushing there buddies again for the top spots. Its like one big daisy chain at the tool box!!!
So the newer talent on the roster get fed up and leave, the results are always late, then when Chris Mann says the staff contributed to the down fall of the DCW the staff start to react agrily. Then they change your profile and accuse you of being gay, it was at that point I reliased i was working with a bunch of 12 year old kids!! If you complain they also demote your character as Chris 24/7 Mann found out. One minute he's pushing for the United States title, then he complains and he's demoted to the TV title.
So the bandits closed down the DCW and have opened another fed, changed there names but are still pushing there mates again so its the same old crap.....AGAIN!! The second time I was in the DCW the exact same thing happened, same old angles and the fed came to a stop, you would of thought they would of learned a lesson. but nope.
Then I get accused of doing nothing to help the DCW!! Thats right CREWites I Davie J who once booked, wrote the results, wore the world title, helped create the DCW am told that I did nothing to help the place. Maybe if I could see things from DCW's point of view I might understand.....but I just can get my head that far up my arse.
Anyway good luck to them and there new fed, and I really mean it, becuase there going to need a hell of a lot of luck to get anywhere!
Then we have the BCWF proposing a reunion show! Now we are talking, but will this happen or will it be another false protense like the EIWF reunion from a couple of years ago?
It would be good to get the band back together for the BCWF including Triple W, MW Whitem and the Fenom.
Now I have had a lot of emails from fans asking about the site, its all down to time and try to do bits when I can but someone did ask if we could have an interview with some of the CREW members, I thought this was quite a good idea and in the next few months will speak to the guys to see if there up for it.
