| At the concert, I went to on the 16th of dec. ant the Canal Club in Richmond VA. It all started at about 4:00 when we got to the club to wait in line (the doors didn't open until 6:30). Well my friend Sarah and I had to go to the bathroom after driving an hour and a half; so, we went into the pizza place that was under the club. So after we went to the bathroom we were coming out and I thought i saw some guys from GC sitting eating at a table across the restaurant. There was a wall in-between part of the resteraunt and when we got infront of it I said to sarah I think their over there (I was trying to not be loud so they couldn't here me) then when we got to another braking the wall we both looked; it was Benji and two other people they were warring beanies. A couple hours went by and it was time to go in. people started to poor into the club quickly. There were so many people packed into club (witch was on the second floor) started to collapsed in the middle of the Midtown show. At first, the three other friends I was with were like this floor doesn�t feel right when one person jumps the whole floor shakes. And when the show started everyone started to jump around and the floor was like a big trampoline it sunk in when everyone hit it. Well anyway the security guards were all like shut it down and they were yelling at everyone to clear out; and as you can imagine everyone was pissed (I know I was)they were canciling the show. So we all had to go outside and when we all got out there, there were 2 fire trucks and cops every were. GC was signing things and taking pick with people (that was really cool of them, you wouldn't see any of those backstreet bitchs doing that) Then Benji and Joel played two acustic songs until they were told they had to leave. Well here are some of the pictures I got that night. O on the richmond News (ch.6) they showed that the beams were broken and there was wood chips on the floor. <that's what Robert said anyway> (how would you like to be eating under that?) |
