CRINOLINE HEAD PLOT-A bunch of college kids retreat to a secluded lakehouse for the weekend, only to discover the ugly truth about what once happened there. WHY YOU SHOULD WATCH IT-This movie was made by 80's slasher movie fans for 80's slasher movie fans. On purpose, the characters are made to be so annoying and stupid that you can't wait to see them die. And die they do, in some very inventive and hilarious ways (some involving diarrhea and celery). What made the movie for me was the acting and dialogue, which were reminiscent of John Waters' early films. The way the performers talk and the things they say will have you rolling. After watching this, you may want to even go out and try to make your own low-budget horror movie. And, to the director's credit, I was surprised at who the killer turned out to be. MEMORABLE SCENES-Sorority girls are a huge target in this movie, so if you find those people annoying, you must check out this flick. My favorite part is when they show one of them on the toilet. When the killer starts trying to open the bathroom door, the girl yells,"I'm in here taking a dump!"
