Tempus Fugit
Don't slip away,
Just leave us here forever.
We're wound up tightly
Inhaling each other's soul.
Don't pass by,
You move too quickly for the young.
Let the night keep us.
Standing here,
Holding hearts,
Touching lips,
Pressing cheeks.
Don't end this place.
I'm safe here with him.
Outside is cold
And I don't want to move
From this moment.
Don't run out.
Goodbyes have the hardest endings.
So hold us here,
Holding each other,
In this world of only us.
