| GONFF's Book Review |
| A Wind in the Door Madeleine L'engle I did not like this book. I have read 3 other books in this series and I did enjoy them a lot, but this one was different. Things happen to fast and to slow at the same time. It felt like one five minute argument would last for 40 pages yet the book was resolved in only 200 pages. It was just to confusing. I did not like this book enough to grant it the GONFF seal of approval. The Stand Stephen King This book has everything! And that might actually be true seeing that the book is 1141 pages long! And even though it was so very long it was still a great book. I highly reccomend this book. Sure it suggest the world is going to end and the devil is going to enherit everything but it is still a great book. I grant it the GONFF seal of approval. GONFF The Wreckers Iain Lawerence If you enjoy pirate books you'll enjoy this book. Although it really has very little to do with pirates you'll enjoy it all the same. This book is very exhilerating and if you do read it you will find that you can't put it down. I highly recommend this book even if you aren't into pirate books. I do grant this book the GONFF seal of approval. GONFF Artemis Fowl: The Eternity Code Eoin Colfer HOLY CRAP! This was a great book. As the series third book it adds another captivating chapter to this strain of genious. This is one of the few books that has all that farie crap in it yet is extremely fascinating. I highly recommend thisand the other two Artemis Fowl books. I grant this book the GONFF seal of approval. Triss Brian Jacques Once again Jacques writes another great novel. In the past I have read the other fourteen Redwall books and loved them all. Once I read this book it renewed that love. But as usual there was one problem. Those stupid songs that are in the book are highly annoying. Other than that it's a great book. I highly recommend it and thus grant it the GONFF seal of approval. Dracula Bram Stoker This book is one of the best ever! I highly enjoyed this book and suggest it to everyone. The only complaint i actually have about this book was that there was to much attention to detail and emotions. But I did really enjoy it so I grant it the GONFF seal of approval. To Kill a Mockingbird Harper E. Lee This book is one of those things that comes along every now and then in your life that really makes you think. This book raises a lot of questions on human nature. I really enjoyed this book and therefore grant it the GONFF seal of approval. Treasure Island Robert Louis Stevenson This is of course the definition of a pirate book. It is probably one of the best books of all time. I personally totally agree. It took me about 4 days to read this book, and I was completely captivated by it the entire time. I definitley suggest you read this book. And without delay I grant this book the GONFF seal of approval. |
