I was born in Ankara, Turkey in 1976. I graduated from Ankara University Law School ranking third in 1997. After practicing law in Derman Ortak Avukat B�rosu in Istanbul primarily in the field of competition law between 1997 and 2000, I embarked on an LL.M. degree study at Harvard University Law School. Starting October 2001, I will continue my legal practice in the New York Office of White & Case LLP.
