| Each night I tucked him safe in his bed I kissed him once or twice Then it was time for the Bible to be read As he was so special and extra nice One night he surprised me as I stood there Another thought came to mind He knelt on his knees and started his prayer This first child of mine was so kind God bless Mommy and my Daddy too Bless my brother, Jim You know he's been really sick and needs you Will you please have the Angels watch over him? I've been a good boy, God, and have a question to ask Could you make Mommy happy and wipe away her tears If it isn't too much, God, or too big a task So we can have a family once again for many years |
