Born in the Philippines, and partly raised in Chicago, USA from age 11. A college graduate in Computer Science who travelled around the country while in consulting business, now working as a programmer in Reston, Virginia. Enjoys a simple lifestyle and loves a nice good Filipino home-cooked meal. |
Born and raised in the Philippines. Spent long hard years in school to pursue her goals in life to become a dentist. Moved to Ottawa, Canada after graduation, now continuing her studies to practice her dentistry in America. A successful woman and a loving daughter who values her family and beliefs. |
| How They Met | ||
In February of 2000, Gomer went for a short vacation back in the Philippines. Unexpectedly, his brother's close friend Michael invited him to their house and showed him around the city. Michael and his wife Teresa introduced their niece Polly to Gomer. Within days, the two had become inseparable. After his trip, their relationship was challenged, having to deal with great distance between them. For almost half-year, the only means of communication was by phone and email. Eventually, they reunited when Polly moved back to her mother in Canada. From time to time, the couple would visit each other across the border, allowing themselves to become closer. |

| The Proposal | ||
In their first year anniversary, with roses in one hand and a diamond ring in the other, Gomer proposed for marriage. Polly was taken completely by surprise. She gave him a hug and willingly accepted his offer. The two are now happily engaged, preparing for their upcoming wedding. |
