Angel rang Giles and got him to put it on speaker phone so he could tell everyone at once. They took it well, Buffy said "Cool" Xander said "Freaky, so you can talk and everything without actually talking, Weird" Giles had done his usual "Good lord. Angel are you and Willow alright?" and Anya had as usual thought about sex "I hear that if your bonded as life mates the sex is wonderful" which earned her a collective groan. "Way too much info Any, I mean, we do not want to hear about dead boy and Will`s sex life, the mental images are enough to scar me for life" "For once I agree with Xander" "Cool, wait HEY what do you mean for once Giles?" Xander did his best to act indignant, but failed misserably. "Does this effect Spike and Drucilla" "Yeah Giles it does, but dont say anything to him, Willow has an idea of how to tell him and she wants to tell him herself, apparently she thinks he might go postal if its me who tells him" "Well yes I can understand her thinking, plus he seems to care about her, well love to Willow and take care, let us know if theres anything we can do" "Okay Giles, you too, Bye" He got a round of goodbyes and then he hung up. Well that had gone better than expected, he was pleased, less stress for Willow.
Speaking of, she was in thier room right now asleep trying to reach Spike, it was 4:30 in the afternoon so he`d be snoreing away in his crypt, it was the best time to try and get a hold of him.
Willow lay completely still in her sleep, she was concerntrateing on the bond she could feel with the bleach blonde. It took her a while but she broke through the link enough to feel him like she was in a room with him. She tapped on his psychie, like knocking a door and then she was sat in a chair in his crypt looking at him sleep, he sat up and nearly fell of the bed, it wouldnt have hurt, it was only his mental bed, but it was still funny to see.
"Red?"
"Yeah Spike, its me"
"What are you doin in my head?"
"Ive got something Ive got to tell you, you might want to sit back down"
He sat back down and looked at her expectantly
"What is it Red?"
"Angel and me we.."
"He hasnt hurt you has he Red, I`ll kill `im if he has"
"No Spike he hasnt, let me finish"

"Right, we`re life mates"
"WHAT, your what?"
"We`re mated, for life, you know"
"I know what it is, how the bloody hell are you two mated, your human, I mean a nice human n all but human none the less"
"Apparently we`re not the first human-vampire bonded couple, one couples still alive and well in greece somewhere"

"I thought it would be fun, me and Angel can talk in our sleep, thought I`d try it out with you, plus I didnt much fancy you trying to kill my lover if he tried telling you"

Willow woke up with a smile on her face, Angel was intrigued, he must have taken it well.
"What he say?"
"He`s comeing to visit, probably be here tonight"
"Oh, why?"
"He seems to think you and him have got some things to sort out, I tend to agree with him, so play nice and behave, he`s my friend and your childe"
"I know, we need to talk, Ive missed him, but if you ever tell him that I may have to kill you to keep you quiet"
Willow laughed at that and smiled at him
