The top Team Members showing genuine intrest and advancement in promotions will be offered INTERNSHIP STATUS with GOLD STAR TALENT. Interns will be able to act as booking/promotion agents for our artists in their area and / or distributors of our artists products in their area to local music stores. Interns will be allowed a 10% comission for all paid bookings, and product sales they generate for our clients in their area.

Street Promoter : ALL AGES WELCOME!. Must be able to provide own means of safe transportation to promote in a positive manner our artists and clients at school, malls, record shops, public events, concerts. Report feedback and show proof of your work (pictures of you handing out materials, flyers hanging in windows and so on), and you will recieve hot prizes and exclusive products from our partners!
Internet Promoter : ALL AGES WELCOME! Posting possitive blogs, classified ads, and links to our page and our artists and clients on Music, comunity and youth related websites.
You must be able to regularly send feedback and show proof of your work by sending us links to your ads, and posts. Top Promoters showing their work will recieve prizes and products from our clients.
Booking / Promotions INTERNSHIP : 21 years old and Up (Sorry you must be able to be allowed in bars, night clubs, and other venues that serve alcohol)
Able to resaerch and establish contact with record shops and live music venues in your area regaurding booking of our artists at said venues for select dates. You will Need to be well organized and able to covey critical information back and forth between venue, Gold Star Talent, and artists.
You must provide your own transportation to and from promoting and meeting with venues, artists, and related matters.
Willing to dedicate 10 hours or more a week to booking promoting.
YOu will be allowed a 10% commission of all paid Bookings for our artist, payment will be sent in less than 2 weeks after artists recieves payment. You will be allowed to be present at venue at time of payment to personaly collect is pay out is on night of booking.
Distribution / Promotions INTERNSHIP : 18 and up only
You will reasearch and establish contact with record shops and retailors that consign CDs, t-Shirts, posters and other related products for sale.
You will act as Distributor for our artists CDs, T- Shirts, Posters at local music stores and retail shops.
Selling products on consignment, you will directly collect on all sales in person collecting you 10% commission up front and sending remainding funds back to GOLD STAR TALENT.
You will be regularly (every 30-90 days) checking retail shops for products sales, returns, promotional needs, and other related terms and reporting back to GOLD STAR TALENT all sales, funds, and related info!.
Regularly promoting products for sale by means of word of mouth, internet, passing out or haning flyers and other related means of promotion.
INTERNS will be on the ground floor of this growing record label, distro, and promotions firm, and will have future job offers available as we GROW!
