MY CONCERT REVIEW!
On November 2, 2002 I attended a AMAZEING show at the New River Air Station, Echo 7 was the opening act, and they proved that they were made to open for the best rock band known to me 3 Doors Down of course!!  The concert began at seven o'clock and the temperature COLD COLD COLD!!  As my best friend and I stoof among maybe 200 people we all awaited for the opening act to come out, and sure enough they arrived on stage at 8 o'clock.  Echo 7 played about 5 or 6 songs, and mostly were thrash and head-banging, but what a way to get us all pumped!!!!  There was crowd surfing and moshing all around me, and with Bud Light as the sponser PLENTY of drunken marines!  Well, after maybe 45 minurtes of jammin to Echo 7, they finally left the stage, and the crowd and I waited a hour for 3 Doors Down to approach the stage.  All of a sudden, a hour later, the lights dimmed, and the crowd went crazy, as all the guys of 3DD walked on stage to thier positions.   They opened with a classic "Duck and Run" and closed with "Loser".  During the concert, there was crowd surfing, moshing, and yes, a few girls felt the need to flash the band members!  The highlight of the night, when it came to the crowd, was when a drunken marine felt the need to throw his shoe at brad while he was belting out a unrelased song called "Not to be forgotten" which is about September 11th.  As the song ended, brad was clearly not happy about being hit so he asked the crowd "whose the bastard that threw the shoe?!" and the entire group around him pointed to the guy, and brad flipped him off and said "your a bastard, im up here singin about your country, and you throw a shoe at me? your a bastard!" and left it at that!  How awesome was that!  So all in all, it was the BEST night of my LIFE! Who would of thought that 5 guys whom I've never met in person, would have such a large impact on me!?
