Description This cozy little upstairs apartment isn't so little as it basically has 2 bedrooms and a small office (which could also be used as a bedroom or storage) a large living room, full bath, dining area and kitchen. The (3) bedrooms, living room and stairs
have brand new carpet installed while the dining room to kitchen area has
new tile.
It comes furnished with pictures and
contemporary wall hanging(s), some can be replaced, if you have your
favorites.
A long sideboard graces the area between
the dining and kitchen areas.
This was probably once used as the kitchen
table/counter.
Basically all apartments come fully
furnished, so all you need to bring with you is your food, personal items
and toothbrush!

Here we have a full bath just outside the laundry room that comes with a washing machine.
This is the 'small bedroom/office, this is great for storage.
This is the first bedroom just off of the livingroom. Even linens are available if desired. These photos are several months old, since
taking them, I have re-painted some of the rooms using a French Faux style
design...much like sponge painting, but a lot nicer using a feather
duster. Hopefully one day soon, I can get the new pictures
up.
Here is the 2nd bedroom that is just off of the kitchen area. If not needed it would make a great formal dining room.
It contains a dresser/hutch and a walk-in closet.

Outside
After purchasing this house, I have
landscaped the entire back yard, installing a privacy fence the entire
length of the property. A raised boarder garden goes down the side of it
that in the summer contains tomatoes, green peppers and
squash.
Ditto for this area around the pecan tree
in the center of the yard.
There is plenty of room left over if you
would like to plant your own veggies in the Spring.
You will not be responsible for
mowing and there is off road parking. Outside pets are okay, or a well trained inside pet.
If you have time and can mow, paint, wash windows, do
house cleaning, electrical or carpentry work or help do deliveries. Then

To ensure that you room is
"locked in", once you have finalized your contract and are sure that you
want an apartment. Send your check for the first month's rent &
deposit to:

Once the check is
received, the apartment will be held for you starting on the 1st day
of the month (or the 15th day of the month whichever is agreed upon). Then
30 days later the rent is due for your second month. When the rent is due
for your third month, instead of paying anything, your deposit will be
applied to that final month.
Should you decide to renew
your nursing contract (with your recruiter etc.) we will rent on a per
month basis (with no deposit involved). Some do the 90 days and move on,
some stay on indefinitely because they love Goldsboro so
much.
Check Out
Time
The rental cycle starts and
stops on the 1st day of the month or the 15th day of the
month. If a room is available early, we have no problem with you
coming a few days early to get situated. However, the apartment should be
clear on the last day of the month (or the 14th day of
