HANDLING STRESS TEST

2. Teenagers need to feel acceptance by their peers. What are
6 of the funniest/wierdest things teenagers worry about?
3. Now that you have identified the things teenagers sometimes
worry about, rate them according to how much stress they give you. For
example, how much do you worry about them? List them in order from highest
to lowest.
4. What can you do to reduce your stress in the top three "stress
makers" in your life. Be specific.
5. Comment on your habits of keeping "on top" of your assignments. Do
you get them done as you receive them or do you wait until the last evening
before you work on them? Do you handle stresses before they build up? Please
comment on how you can do better in the future.
