Ira is a nice pretty mare out of our racing broodmare from Avalon Racers Whimiscal Treasure bringing very rare old SIM lines into the mix. Ira is sired by an Irish Sporthorse stallion and unlike her sire looks a lot like a purebred Irish Draught then the mostly TB mix she is. Ira is like a pony really, stable, friendly, eager to work, eager to please, and very safe. She is bombproof, and a very talented eventer. She has the speed, quick reactions and agility of her thoroughbred heritage, but the poise, grace, power and stamina of her Irish Draught side. A fantastic combination and one that is proving formidable with our young rider Cameron Donahue. The pair make a great team, and one that is really creating a whir around Golden Memories.
